Q. What rules are in place for COVID-19?

Q. Do you have parking?
Parking is available in front of the studio. Ask a member of staff for a permit to avoid getting a parking fine.

Q. How many people can be on set at one time?
The film studio can have up to 10 people on set during a shoot. Studio A and Studio B can hold up to 3 during a session.

Q. Can I have equipment delivered to the studio before a shoot?
Unfortunately, we cannot store equipment for clients.

Q. If I am running late can I amend the booking time?
Your session starts from the time you have booked. If you are late then that time will be lost.

Q. Can I book extra time or equipment on the day?
Extra time or equipment can be purchased on the day if it’s available.

Q. Can we bring our own food?
There is a kitchen area with a microwave. Speak to a member of staff if you wish to use it.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 0 – 6 days are non-refundable.

Q. What are your opening hours?
The digital holdings is open 365 days a year 24 hours a day. Standard booking hours are between 10 am-10 pm, mon-sun, with an additional fee for bookings made outside of standard booking hours, overnight, bank holidays, etc.
